Our Wedding Policies:

Your wedding flowers are the final exquisite touch to your most special day. They should be a beautiful complement to your gowns, ceremony and reception settings. We strongly recommend you make an appointment for your initial conference so that your Wedding Consultant can give you individual attention. A $25.00 non-refundable consultation fee will be charged and applied toward your complete wedding order when booked with Cheryl's Distinctive Creations, Inc.

To enable us to best advise you, we recommend you first select your ceremony and reception locations; securing the date and times. We also suggest you bring photos of your gown, the attendants’ gowns and your wedding day venues so styles, textures and colors may be coordinated to give you the most effective visual presentation possible.

After the initial conference with your Wedding Consultant, and you have made the deposit listed below, you will receive two copies of your contract, Wedding Flowers, which will specifically outline all flowers, accessories, rentals, delivery schedules and services. You must sign both copies of Wedding Flowers, returning one to us, to verify these items meet with your approval.

Any and all further changes after Wedding Flowers has been signed and approved must be made in writing to your Wedding Consultant, noted on both copies of the contract and initialed by both you and your Wedding Consultant. Costs resulting from any changes will be debited/credited to the final total of your order.

Cheryl's Distinctive Creations, Inc. requires a 50% non-returnable deposit to reserve a specific date and time for your wedding. This deposit will be credited to the final total balance due of your wedding flowers. Certain types of rental equipment may require additional refundable deposits, which will be outlined to you at the time of your initial conference.

The final balance of your wedding (reflecting the credit of your initial deposit and consultation fee) is to be paid in full no less than two weeks prior to your wedding date by cash, cashier's check, personal check drawn on a local bank or credit card - signature required.

Our promise to you. You will receive beautiful, fresh, thoughtful, comment-worthy flowers and prompt service from Cheryl's Distinctive Creations. We look forward to assisting you with the perfect blossoms for this very special day.

Our set up and delivery services include 2 hours before the wedding at no charge. This is typically plenty of time to set up all equipment, deliver flowers to bridal party, and pin corsages and boutonnieres. Wait time charges will be incurred at $50.00/hr.  On occasions when more than 2 hours is needed for set up the wait time clock will be adjusted. This will be discussed at the initial consultation.

We will deliver, set up and take down all ceremony and reception equipment and decor. When equipment or flowers need to be transported from the ceremony to the reception a small transportation charge will apply based on distance and quantity of equipment to be moved.
